To be considered for membership in the Hampton Roads Compensation and Benefits Association, the application form below must be completed and submitted.  Membership fees are due upon membership approval and annually thereafter.  Membership is subject to approval.  If you have any questions regarding HRCBA membership, please email  membership@hrcba.org.
